The Purapa'ari is one of the biggest edible fishes in the game. In the language of The Ancients, Purapa'ari means "wise spark". It was given this name because of its large forehead.
Eating a Purapa'ari will restore 50 points of Light.
Spawning[ | ]
The Purapa'ari appears in the Vacuum, Tenebrae, and Vulgarius biomes.
Behaviour[ | ]
The Purapa'ari outpaces all but the fastest jellyfish. It will flee if it spots the player advances.
However, with careful approach and avoid sudden movements, the player can get close to one without causing it to run.
In chases, try to move in a zigzag path to cause the Purapa'ari to run itself into a wall, afterwards it can be cornered.
Trivia[ | ]
- If you look close enough, you can see the brain, stomach, and skeleton of the fish because of its transparent body.
- It restores the same amount of light as the Ramapingore (Plantern).
